The genesis of Priyadarshini Filaments Pvt. Ltd. (PFCo) dates back to 1st May 1972. Initially established as a partnership firm called PRIYADARSHINI FILAMENTS, the venture had its base in the Garden City of Bangalore. Our Founder, Late Sri Ramdas M Prabhu inculcated a sense of fierce determination and commitment to quality which led the Firm on the path of success.
During its growth phase, the Firm was recognized for its commitment to quality and service to customers and awarded the prestigious UDYOG PATRA award by the Government of India. It was also awarded the KLN Award for sustained growth by the Government of Karnataka.
The firm was converted into a Private Limited Company in 1989. It has thence forayed into other manufacturing activities in offshoot enterprises manufacturing, PP woven Sacks, Raschel Knitted products & Leno Sacks used mainly in Agriculture & Packaging applications.
PFCo presently manufactures various âTECHNICAL TEXTILESâ used in Home Textiles, Agriculture Shade Nets&Insect Screens, Fish Breeding nets, Vegetable Packaging, Industrial Filters, and Geo Textile sand other functional applications. The company has had a structured growth having manufacturing facilities in multiple plants and over 60 Vendors producing a total of 240 Lakh Meters per annum.
An India wide network of long standing dealers has been the corner stone for our achievements over the last 44 years. The company also exports its products to the Middle East & Africa. The well trained workforce comprising of 150 direct employees & about 400 indirect vendor workforce is managed by a professional group of competent executives driven by âValue based business ethicsâand quality consciousness.
Based on ethics laid down by our founder Late Sri Ramdas Prabhu and after 44 years in the business a culture of dedication & commitment has been enshrined in our collective conscious translating into a simple mission statement
